Over the past 9 years, many permanent facilities have been set up at Naimishaaranyam. Arikkantam and the adjacent land which measures nearly 1.5 acreswhere Naimishaaranyam is located were acquired through hearty contributions from devotees. A permanent kitchen, work-area, vegetable store and toilets have been constructed. With improved washing facilities and waste water disposal systems, the Satrashaala surroundings are quite clean and hygienic. The Pravaktru Dham, facility to accommodate the speakers of the Satram, was completed in 2009. Arrangements to accommodate visitors who have to stay at Naimishaaranyam have also been made.

Major characteristics of the Satram venue:
